TRX workout, small group course

The TRX Sling Trainer offers an intense and efficient full-body work-out. You train with your body weight and improve your strength and endurance as well as your core stability within the deep core muscles.

This training is suitable for everybody, unless you are suffering from acute health issues. You determine the training intensity within the TRX adjustments by yourself. As such, the TRX offers both, a load-reduction and an additional challenge in movement performance.

The group-courses are limited to 6 persons maximum. Thereby, each participant is offered an individual mentoring and assistance during the training, allowing for differentiated corrections.

Morning Outdoor Pilates, small group

Pilates is a full-body workout with focus on breath deepening, flexibility, strength and stability. The outdoor training takes place from June to the end of August in Rieterpark in 8002 Zurich. Contact me directly if you are interested.

Personal Training - private or semi-private

Do you need a specific work-out program in support of your sports activities? Does your body have a weak point that needs strengthening to prevent pains or recurrent symptoms? Do you want to improve your fitness level, but you don’t know how? Then, a personal training may be just the right thing for you.

The personal training includes an anamnesis interview, a physical examination according to physiotherapeutic principles and training recommendations tailored to your needs. If needed, addresses for further medical clarification can be provided.

Personal training on the Reformer

Pilates on the Reformer is an intensive and effective full-body workout that improves your strength and flexibility, your posture and your body awareness. The Reformer is a Pilates machine with springs and ropes. It promises a dynamic workout that activates your deep muscles, challenges each of your muscle and is gentle on your joints at the same time.

A training on the Reformer is only possible at Medbase, Sports Medical Center, Löwenstrasse 29, 8001 Zurich

Recovery after pregnancy

Are you a new mum? Congratulations! Your body has done a lot during pregnancy and labour! Now it’s important that you take care of your postnatal recovery. Postnatal training helps to specifically rebuild and strengthen your pelvic floor and core muscles. This is important to prevent incontinence, back and neck pain and helps you to feel fit and dynamic again.
