My training is certified by Quality and is supported by certain supplementary insurances. You can clarify in advance whether and to what extent your insurance will cover the costs. The responsibility lies entirely with you. Please note that physiotherapy with a doctor’s prescription for physiotherapy at Medbase is generally covered by basic insurance. A personal training at Medbase is billed via cost centre from Medbase and is based on self-payment. It may not be covered by supplementary insurance. In this case, an explicit enquiry is required if you wish to benefit from your supplementary insurance.

I offer personal training on the reformer and physiotherapy exclusively at Medbase, Sports Medical Centre at Löwenstrasse 29, 8001 Zurich. It it a medical centre with a wide range of medical and therapeutic services.

I have been a practicing physiotherapist since 2013 and have been involved in Pilates and TRX courses since 2015. I enjoy teaching medical know-how and I value efficient, correct and preventive training methods. As a passionate runner with experience in half-marathon and marathon running, I rely entirely on TRX and Pilates for my additional work-out to stay balanced.
